The people in my stake washed cars for free. While their car was being washed, the sister missionaries talked to them about the gospel. The best part was that people were so confused. They kept saying
"But why is it free??"
We waved signs
People were entertained by us, they even took pictures.
While we held signs, Keli'i thought outside the box.
Blessed (or cursed as he would think) with the height of Goliath, MM was
assigned to wash the tops of the cars.
We washed cars. We dried cars.
We passed out treats. (Kenz loves treats)
But we spent most of the time threatening Wes (one of our neighbors) not to spray us with the hose.
It was a successful service project. The only time it wasn't raining was the hours from 10-12 during the carwash. It was meant to be.
